Paul Rapsey's latest play, The Little Wooden House, will not be premiered until late fall of 2024 because of his busy summer and fall schedule. However, the trailer in now available on YouTube at the following link: https://youtu.be/0ZWdd_MCnc4.
This forty minute monologue in the Talking Head genre of film is about loss and discovery and the impact it has on the lives of those involved. The play was performed live in May 2024. For the live production, which was a benefit for the Annapolis Royal Historic Gardens, Rapsey teamed up with Nova Scotia musician Alec Frith, who performed original works during a filmed introduction and between each of the five scenes. Frith was not available for the film.
